Special Issue of Fraudtoday was inaugurated by the Ex-Planning comission member and the Ex-Vice Chancellor of Mumbai University Dr. B.L.Mungekar  and Fullbright - Nehru Scholar Dr. Andrew Spalding and the Director of Fraud Risk at Fullerton India Mr. G.D.Balasubramaniam. This issue contained the top ten research papers published during the antifraud competition hosted by Riskpro.
